Return Conditions

  • Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Item Condition: Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with labels attached, and in the original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all postage costs when returning items to us.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, please email us at info@uv100.com.au with:

  • Clear photos of the faulty item(s)
  • Your order number

We will review the issue and provide further instructions.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Face Masks
  • Neck Gaiters
  • Neck Covers

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Sizing Issues

Please refer to our size charts for accurate measurements before placing your order. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for sizing issues.

How to Return an Item

  2. We will process your request promptly.
  3. You will receive instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after we receive your return item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Please allow 1–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
