1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery

2. Item(s) must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, labels still attached and in the original packaging.

3. Customers are responsible for all postage expenses when returning item(s) back to us.

Change of Mind Returns

We will not provide a refund where you have changed your mind about products purchased from UV100 unless we delivered faulty or incorrect item(s).

How to return

1. Please send us an email to info@uv100.com.au with your order number and item(s) detail that you want to return.

2. We will process your request immediately.

3. We will respond to your email with steps on how to send the item back to us.

Refund policy

1. Refund will be process after we receive your return item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

2. Refund will be credited back to your credit card or other payment method originally purchase.
